Online booking service
- Zarnbak platform allows online booking for selected trips after agreement with the service provider (boat owner, event organizer, etc.)
- If the event is canceled due to bad weather or a general sailing ban by the Border Guard, the booking amount will be fully refunded.
- If the service provider does not adhere to the scheduled booking time or fails to provide the service, the booking amount will be fully refunded to the client.
- The customer is fully responsible for ensuring there are no service suspensions on their ID (those with suspended services are not allowed to sail).
- The customer is also responsible for the validity of their official ID and bringing the original ID when attending the trip.
Privacy Policy
- The platform handles personal data required for booking through the website with full privacy and uses it to confirm the booking. The activity organizer is provided with booking details for their trips.
- We will not sell or disclose any information to any party outside this site and the parties involved in booking (activity organizer, boat owner, Border Guard).
